PALATE: Smooth and perfectly balanced. Tastes from Grains of Paradise to citrus to zesty lemon. Finishing with wild handpicked Cape Fynbos. A perfectly crafted Gin.
FINISH: Robust with a wonderful balance of fynbos and a blend of Juniper and citrus.
OAK WOODED GIN:
NOSE: Deep rich with evident juniper on the back of the nose. Sweet citrus. Rich caramel bursts. Smells like Christmas.
PALATE: Warm and mildly woody. Hints spicy, earthy vanilla flavours. Citrus on the back of the mouth with a warm whisky finish.
FINISH: Robust and full bodied. Subtle whisky finish, leaving you with lingering hint of peaty juniper.
Juniper forward, smooth and perfectly balanced Gin. 14 fresh ingredients from Grains of Paradise to citrus and zesty lemon. Finishing with Cape Fynbos including African Wormwood, Confetti Bush and Wild Rosemary are just a few wild hand-picked botanicals.
OAK WOODED GIN:
Matured in oak staves, this smooth and perfectly balanced Gin has 15 fresh ingredients from almonds to citrus and fresh lemon. Cape Fynbos variations include Buchu, Confetti Bush and Wild Rosemary.
Best enjoyed with Indian Tonic with Cucumber and Thyme or Grapefruit & Rosemary.
