Brandy often gets a bad rap for cocktails… but this one is super simple and delicious. Camryn from Veldt came to visit the other day and made us this elegant Brandy Crusta with our UNIT43 Five Year old Brandy. Damn Fine.
QUICK, SIMPLE, DELISH!
50ml Unit43 Brandy
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
25ml Tripple Sec
15ml Rich Sugar Syrup
2 Dashes Bitters
Slice of Lemon Peel for garnish.
Coat the rim of the glass in sugar. Put all ingredients and a shaker with ice. Shake & Pour!

20ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

50ml Unit43 Original Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
25ml Shot Cointreau
25ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Aquafaba*
ADD all ingredients into a
shaker with ice. Shake. Pour. Enjoy.
*Aquafaba chickpea water or egg white.
Espresso Rum Martini
Dark Rum
Vanilla & Tonka Syrup
(use Almonds if you can’t get Tonka Beans)
Fresh Espresso
ADD all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake & Pour through strainer. Finely grate Tonka bean or Almond over the top. Serve.
Make the Syrup:
Fresh Vanilla Beans OR tsp Vanilla Essence
1 x Tonka Bean or Almonds
500g White Sugar
500ml Water
Bing water to a boil, simmer over a low heat, add sugar. Add vanilla beans / essence. Grate Tonka bean / Almonds into the syrup mix. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and strain through a sieve and bottle ready for use.

3 Dashes Bitters
Slice of Citrus or Peel
Dirty Gin Martini

2 Green Olives
Dash of Olive brine
Dash of Vermouth
Shake with ice and pour into your posh Martini glass.
